The park is only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of town and easy to reach by train, bus, or Park & Ride.

Shrewsbury Train Station is about a 10–15 minute walk from the festival site.
There are regular direct services from:

• Crewe

• Cardiff

• Wolverhampton

Local bus services stop close to The Quarry along St Chad’s Terrace and Smithfield Road.

🅿️ Park & Ride

Shrewsbury has three Park & Ride sites, all offering frequent services into the town centre — just a short walk from the park.
Sites:

• Oxon Park & Ride – SY3 5AD (West of town)

• Harlescott Park & Ride – SY1 4HA (North of town)

• Meole Brace Park & Ride – SY3 9NB (South of town)

Buses typically run every 10–15 minutes and drop you close to The Quarry.

🚗 By Car

There is no public parking inside The Quarry.
If you need to drive, nearby public car parks include:

• Frankwell Car Park (SY3 8HQ) – 10 min walk

• St Julian’s Friars Car Park (SY1 1XL) – short riverside walk

• Raven Meadows Multi-Storey (SY1 1PL) – in the town centre

All are pay-and-display or cashless via RingGo.

🚕 Taxis & Drop-Off

Local taxis are available throughout the day and evening.
The closest drop-off point is near the main entrance to The Quarry on St Chad’s Terrace — look out for event signage and stewards.

The Quarry is mostly flat with accessible paths and gentle slopes.
Accessible toilets and Blue Badge parking will be available near the entrance.
