Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively through our official website and authorized partners. Ensure QR code is ready on your phone.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the event site, so bring everything you need with you before entering.

Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome! Under 5s tickets are free. Maximum 2 children per adult.
Is there anything for kids?
The event is family-friendly and there will be activities and entertainment suitable for children throughout the day.
WEATHER & ENTRY
What if it rains?
The event will go ahead rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, follow our social channels for live updates.
What are the gate times?
Gates open at 11 AM. Last entry is strictly 5 PM. Please arrive early to avoid the queues.
VENUE & TRAVEL
How do I get to Heaton Park?
Use the Metrolink to Heaton Park station. We highly recommend public transport as parking is extremely limited.
Is there on-site parking?
Very limited blue badge parking only. No general car parking is available at the park itself.
ACCESSIBILITY
Is the site accessible?
Yes, Heaton Park is largely flat with accessible pathways, accessible toilets, and viewing platforms available.
Free PA/Carer Tickets?
We offer complimentary personal assistant tickets for those with access requirements. Apply via our support form.
FOOD & DRINK
Will there be vegan options?
Yes, high-quality vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food and drink is not permitted, except for sealed water and essential baby food/dietary needs.
